  Welcome to BCB Online!

BCB’s Headquarters in Buffalo, NY is now our 24hours, 7 days a week PAPS processing center for all ports of arrival. In order to better serve you, we are now encouraging all carriers to email PAPS Documents to the following centralized email: paps@bcbinternational.com.

This will cut your costs of long distance phone charges, improve the quality of the documents, and ensure timely receipt without busy signals.  We encourage you to use our PAPS Cover Sheet to ensure we file PAPS at the location that you are crossing at, and we receive all necessary information to file the entry with Customs.

You may email your ACE E-Manifest documents to emanifest@bcbinternational.com.

Today’s importing environment demands that logistics go hand in hand with compliance. It’s important that goods not only arrive on time; they must also be processed accurately.

With over 20 years experience, BCB meets the challenge to provide prompt customs clearance of all of your goods. BCB also provides all of the services related to the movement of your freight – warehousing, logistics, export reporting, distribution, etc.

After entry and consulting services are also available – rulings, Nafta, HS classificiation, audits – all aspects of the handling of your imports or exports. Customs has moved to post entry verification and audit, so it’s critical that your company’s processes be reviewed and kept current.

With strategically placed offices and remote filing capabilities, BCB is positioned to handle all of your import/export and transportation needs. Our commitment to our customer in fulfilling their needs results in “Service Without Borders”. Our goal is to keep your freight moving while keeping your company compliant.
