of providing Bar Code Labels which meet the U.S. Customs Specifications
for the Pre-Arrival Processing System, (PAPS).

are a carrier and need to apply for a SCAC code go to: http://www.nmfta.org/StdCarrierAlphaCodeSCAC/tabid/75/Default.aspx on the National Motor Freight Traffic Association website
for information and the SCAC application form.
If you
are registered, have a SCAC code and would like to place a
label order, please call Laverne Griffin at (716) 884-1554, ext. 128
or fill out this order form. Filling out this form will provide
BCB with all the information necessary to process your order.
In addition,
a $10 courier fee will be charged to your order when the labels
are mailed out. In most cases, BCB will ship out the labels
by the next business day.
Should
you wish to charge your order, complete this credit
app form and return it with your order form. BCB accepts Visa and
MasterCard. A $10 credit card fee will be charged
per order.
